P-Rod Interview with Route One Mag!

To date our Bruce Lee collaboration piece, the Dragon, has been one of our most successful and highly coveted items. For those of you that aren’t aware, professional skateboarder Paul Rodriguez is a major Bruce Lee fan and attributes much of his life philosophies on the martial arts icon. P-Rod stopped by our booth at the 2014 Agenda Long Beach tradeshow and we hooked him up with the collectible classic bracelet. Since then, Rodriguez has made a few appearances and done some interviews while wearing his Rastaclat x Bruce Lee x Bait piece.

Being a professional athlete, Paul is a busy man with contests, video parts to film, and appearances the world over. Taking it one step further, he is an entrepreneur and businessman. Amongst the multiple companies that Rodriguez is involved in, Primitive is one of the most notable. The brand boasts products in apparel, hard goods, and has a retail store located in Los Angeles. Rastaclat is one of the brands that Primitive carries, of course we are grateful to all our retailers both large and small. However, it’s always notable when an owner/CEO decides to rock your products him or herself. Check the interview below of P-Rod wearing the Dragon as he talks to Route One Magazine.

For more insight to the legend himself, view the trailer for the documentary on Bruce Lee, “I am Bruce Lee” below. It includes a snippet of Rodriguez and it should entice you to watch the full version on YouTube. Also if you want to find out more about our Bruce Lee collab, click the link to our blog here.
