Rastaclat Kobe 6 Protro Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Promotion Overview & Sweepstakes Period

The Rastaclat Kobe 6 Protro Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on December 2, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 9, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

There will be one (1) total winner selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 10, 2025.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of the following are NOT eligible to participate:

  • Any jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited by law

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children), as well as individuals living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligible individuals may enter using the following methods:

A. Online Entry (Primary Method)

Entrants may enter by completing the online entry method specified in the Giveaway announcement (e.g., following entry instructions on Rastaclat’s Instagram account, website, or promotional landing page).

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method. Duplicate entries, bulk entries, automated entries, or entries submitted through bots, scripts, or macros are prohibited and will be disqualified.

V. Prize Details

There will be one (1) total prize winner.

Prize Includes:

  • One (1) pair of Nike Kobe 6 Protro Size 10
    Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300–$600 USD (actual market pricing may vary)

Exact model and condition are as described in the promotional materials. Prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not affiliated with Nike; shoes are awarded as described.

VI. Winner Selection & Verification Process

A. Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or about December 10, 2025.

B. Verification

To be confirmed as a winner, the potential winner must:

  • Meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules
  • Respond to Sponsor’s notifications within required timeframes
  • Complete and return any required documents, which may include:
    • Affidavit of Eligibility
    • Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful)
    • IRS Form W-9 (U.S. residents only)
    • Declaration of Eligibility (for Canadian residents, including skill-testing question if required by law)

If the potential winner does not meet eligibility requirements, fails to respond within required timeframes, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

C. Notification Process

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email provided at entry.

Attempts will include:

  1. Initial Email – Winner must respond within 48 hours
  2. Second Attempt – If no response, Sponsor may send a follow-up email or DM (if applicable) within the next 48 hours
  3. Final Attempt – If still no response, a final notice will be sent and must be responded to within 24 hours

Failure to respond results in disqualification.

D. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner. U.S. winners receiving a prize valued at $600+ will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC.

VII. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity or proper functioning.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike manner.

Nothing in these rules obligates Sponsor to award the prize if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised.

Scam & Impersonation Warning

Sponsor will never:

  • Request banking information
  • Request credit card numbers
  • Request payment of any kind to claim a prize

All legitimate communication will come from official @rastaclat.com channels. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent communications from third parties.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and all related parties (“Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, system failures, or any issues beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

IX. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, city/state/province, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

X. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at:

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for Sweepstakes administration.

XI. Winner List

To request the winner’s name (available approximately two weeks after the Promotion Period), email support@rastaclat.com

Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Nike, Inc. Nike has no responsibility related to this promotion.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform.

XIII. Governing Law & Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually (without class action) in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, under the laws of the State of California.

XIV. Right to Modify or Terminate

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control compromise its operation.
