    Rastaclat is looking for a passionate, highly skilled E-Commerce expert to bring our brand mission of Spreading Positivity to life through wholesale and direct to consumer efforts. The E-Commerce Director will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the E-Commerce sites and developing the standard operating procedures and execution for Rastaclat to scale its global E-Commerce business. In addition to implementing and managing processes, they will be responsible for creating a team culture that will drive performance through measurement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Oversee all Rastaclat E-Commerce operations, including forecasting, budgeting, buying, inventory management, merchandising and customer experience.
    • Research, provide recommendations, and execute initiatives to improve company margins and efficiencies within E-Commerce.
    • Research and analyze E-Commerce analytics to establish insights, forming actionable, scalable strategies to grow the online business.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing and Creative Directors to manage and execute E-Commerce campaigns, content and calendar.
    • Manage the Go to Market execution of product launches from an E-Commerce planning and logistics standpoint.
    • Develop, maintain, and evolve Rastaclat’s internal processes to streamline project management of E-Commerce initiatives.
    • Partner with international distributors to achieve global consistency and alignment on E-Commerce strategies, content management systems and websites.
    • Manage the development of both wholesale and direct to retail mirrored global E-Commerce sites, creating systems to gain full ownership of all digital consumer data across all platforms domestic and internationally.
    • Manage and mentor Customer Experience team to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize issues arising from E-Commerce purchases.
    • Collaborate with cross functional Finance, Operations and Logistics teams to streamline shipping, gain cost savings and minimize chargebacks.
    • Collaborate with IT to maintain compliance, security and hosting of E-Commerce sites.
    • Manage 3rd party resources, development, and integration of all software/plugins, new websites, ERP, and 3PL partners and systems to optimize usability & global brand consistency.
    • In collaboration with Creative and Digital Marketing Directors, manage the UX/UI development with cross departmental teams & external vendors.
    • Keep abreast of the latest E-Commerce & digital industry trends, fashion trends, and opportunities.

     

    REQUIREMENTS //

    • Extensive experience with Shopify Plus is required.
    • Experience with Front End Development a plus.
    • Experience working with 3PL warehousing and fulfilment.
    • Experience with International Distribution and logistics.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Brandboom, and Excel is a must. Prior experience with Monday, Domo, Sales Force, and Keynote/Powerpoint is a plus.

    Rastaclat is looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will work in harmony with the Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to oversee all aspects of cross departmental projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and summarizing completion of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope and budget. This is a role for someone with sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Schedule and moderate meetings with relevant stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for cross departmental projects.
    • Develop detailed project plans, budgets and calendars to monitor and track milestones and progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on Monday Project Management Software.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, communicating revisions to all relevant parties.

The Social Media / Community Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing, managing, and growing all social media platforms and developing the strategy for the Rastaclat community.  Reporting to the Global Digital Director, the Social Media / Community Manager will work closely with key cross functional teams as well as global partners to deliver a consistent message across all channels. In addition to driving strategy, they will be responsible for contributing to the team culture that will drive performance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
    • Guide, moderate and monitor discussions, posts, comments and relevant conversations happening across our social channels to promote engagement and growth.
    • Collaborate with Creative Director to create daily innovative and on-brand posts that will engage our audience.
    • Preserve brand voice across platforms as well as develop creative ways to maintain brand loyalty amongst our social following.

    REQUIREMENTS //

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of experience in social media management, strategy and execution
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager for a consumer or lifestyle brand and proven experience at growing and managing an online community
    • Prior success in managing social communities, identifying and managing growth strategies, measurement, engagement campaigns and content strategy

    Management:

    • Lead and collaborate, managing a team of graphic designers, photographers, copywriters and content developers to deliver high level creative content that is on brand, on trend, and on time.

The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead a team of marketers to success. Candidates must have extensive experience in PR and marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    MANAGEMENT:

    • Provide quarterly and annual marketing plans for budget expenditures based on sales forecasts.
    • Identify, develop and implement process & strategies as required to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Track and analyze ROI based campaign impact and company sales performance and make recommendations for future investments of resources based on results.
    • Manage overall budget in respective pillars of the marketing team including but not limited to PR and partnerships.
    • Lead and mentor team members to ensure development and upward mobility.

    • Act as the point person for external third-party consultants and partners including but not limited to PR agency/agencies to ensure execution of objectives strategic alignment, objectives and metrics are met.
    • Manage all PR inquiries including contacts from tradeshows and events.
    • Oversee official public announcements and press releases.
    • Facilitate relations with print, web and multimedia channels.
    • Attend events in relative target markets.

     PARTNERSHIPS:

    • Initiate and manage ongoing conversation with ambassadors, licensor’s or non-profit’s organizations, based on overarching initiatives set by Rastaclat.
    • Evaluate and negotiate marketing opportunities and manage collaborations, special projects and contracts
    • Keep leadership team abreast of certain terms that need to be addressed before contracts are signed i.e. royalty rates, guarantees, product pricing, timelines/lead times, and projections.

    • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and prior relative work experience in the sports, women’s, streetwear, accessories or related field preferred.

     The Copywriter will work in harmony with the creative team to concept, create and produce effective creative deliverables.  This is a role for someone with sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, super-creative mind and passion for the Rastaclat brand.  We are looking for someone who is willing to imagine new ways to articulately champion our company voice, tone and message to the world.  The Copywriter will work on everything from product descriptions to marketing campaigns to blogs to one-off special projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Develop and manage the voice and copy for Rastaclat across all brand and guest facing materials through traditional, digital and creative platforms.
    • Create and manage effective copy for emails, campaigns, taglines, product descriptions, blogs and ad-hoc projects.
    • Work with internal teams to devise creative strategies that supports the business objectives, enhances the customer experience and drives engagement.
    • Proactively seek effectiveness in advertising by understanding the needs of our customers and researching competitors’ advertisements and campaigns.
    • Have full knowledge of legal guidelines, formats and best practices and is empowered to make decisions to ensure compliance and consistency throughout all projects.
