Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, the E-Commerce Marketplace Manager’s role is responsible for driving and managing strong performance in existing marketplace channels, as well as identifying and launching new marketplaces that are viable for the business. Primary duties include growing product sales and profitability, working with external and internal partners, leveraging marketing and merchandising strategies, and understanding product cycles and demand trends to achieve business growth and corporate goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES //  

MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT

  • Implementing overall marketplace strategies and best practices.
  • Monitoring overall account health, performance, and directly resolving any issues that may arise including order fulfillment and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working with cross-functional Channel Owners and Operations to ensure healthy inventory levels and promotion of slow-moving items.
  • Maintaining accuracy, integrity, and quality of Product Detail Pages.
  • Implementing and advising on promotions, coupons, and lightning deals.
  • Reviewing competitive listings and developing action plans to improve results.
  • Driving expansion into new untapped marketplaces.
  • Managing and monitoring shipments from 3PL to Marketplace.
  • Experience in Marketplace Advertising which includes keyword research, campaign build outs, bid optimizations, reporting, and analysis & knowledge of the different advertisement types.

MARKETPLACE OPERATIONS

  • Monitoring operational performance of marketplaces and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing inventory forecasting and planning for each marketplace.
  • Managing order placement into Full Circle ERP.
  • Manually recording all sales and credits made on marketplaces in ERP (Full Circle) at month end as well as work with Accounting department on reconciliations, credits, chargebacks, etc.

REQUIREMENTS //

  • 3+ years of experience consulting/managing marketplace accounts i.e. Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
  • Working experience of Amazon’s Vendor and Seller Central.
  • Understanding of overall profitability on Marketplace channels (seller categories, fulfillment methods, etc).
  • Experience with Full Circle ERP system.
  • An understanding and experience with optimizing product detail pages including titles, key features, and enhanced brand content/A+ content.
  • Experience building marketplace brand stores.
  • Knowledge about marketplace display and how it affects the purchasing funnel.
  • An understanding of marketplace account operations, logistics, and associated fees.

Job Description:

The Production Specialist plays an important role in the manufacturing and delivery of Rastaclat product. This role will focus on performing necessary functions to take seasonal projects from approved sample through manufacturing commercialization. 

An ideal candidate is part technical and part creative. Here are a few personal traits that we are looking for in a successful individual: self-motivated, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills. Being well organized and detail-oriented are essential for our fast-paced environment. Interest in accessories, fashion, sports, sneakers, and creative culture are also valued.

This role requires daily written and oral communication between internal departments and international suppliers - a positive attitude is essential! 

RESPONSIBILITIES //

PRODUCTION PURCHASING:

  • Run and analyze accurate reports for sales, production, and inventory control through ERP System – Full Circle.
  • Attend buy meetings to tally final buys.
  • Enter, issue, and update all finished goods, raw materials, and salesman samples purchase orders.
  • Send purchase orders to international and domestic suppliers. 

PRODUCTION WORK IN PROGRESS:

  • Correspond daily with international factories to ensure on time production schedules and exit factory dates are met.
  • Update all ETA, ETD, and In-Transit dates into Full Circle.
  • Monitor weekly Work in Progress Reports from factories.
  • Work directly with factories to ensure production delivers on time.
  • Officiate weekly Production meeting with the following departments: Production, Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to review upcoming schedules, delays, testing, and ticketing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all production-related issues.
  • Notify all departments of updates and solutions related to production.

 COMPLIANCE:

  • Request compliance reports from factory, and ensure they are properly filed and organized once received.
  • Perform weekly check of Majors’ sales orders to ensure required compliance documents for outgoing PO’s are on file. 
  • Order all tickets and stickers through various vendors including, but not limited to, Fineline and OpSec. 
  • Plan and coordinate shipping of tickets and stickers with factory partners.
  • Coordinate with third party logistics center (3PL) for all in-house ticketing needs.
  • Learn and understand all Major accounts’ compliance guidelines to put into practice. 

PRODUCTION LOGISTICS:

  • Confirm Shipments as ready from Factory. 
  • Review and approve packing forms with Purchase Order.
  • Track all production shipments daily and update Full Circle with tracking information while notifying all parties for major releases.
  • Review status and location of shipments to update warehouse teams of product movement to help warehouse capacity planning.
  • Coordinate with Distributors and Factories for International drop shipments.
  • Manage receiving and movement of Raw Materials PO’s, and actualize packaging when invoices are received.
  • Audit production invoices for accuracy and work with Accounting department on Three-Way Match Invoice processing.
  • Collate Full Circle data reports for weekly/monthly production stats.
  • Work with Courier and Freight Forwarder partners. 

QUALITY CONTROL:

  • Responsible for all Finished Goods quality control per company standards.
  • Practice high standards for quality control and maintain records for all incoming shipments.
  • Review and approve TOP’s  prior to shipment.
  • Perform QC testing on product upon arrival.
  • Update QC report findings with manager and submit results to all parties.
  • Notify all departments of non-passing QC results and proceed with problem-solving process: work with factory for solutions, invoicing credit, and new deliverable dates while gathering all sales cancel dates to present solutions to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS //

  • Ability to attend weekly in-person product and design meetings.
  • Extensive experience with ERP System - Full Circle.
  • Experience with International Purchasing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 3PL distribution, warehousing, and fulfilment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Adobe Illustrator - willingness to learn new software is also essential.
  • Experience with accessories, sneakers, apparel, jewelry, and fashion in a retail or professional setting.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and costing.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a group.
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

The E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy by applying analytics and product storytelling. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator will work closely with key managers, as well as partners within Design, Sales and Marketing to deliver the best customer experience across all digital touch points. In addition to executing strategy, they will be responsible for creating a team culture that will drive performance through measurement.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES //  

E-Commerce Merchandising  

  • Execute the developed E-Commerce merchandising strategy to increase brand equity, awareness, and revenue.
  • Execute the creation of product shelves/collections to ensure all of the information is accurate, from the product title, product description, SKU and Barcode, tags, etc.
  • Implement and optimize navigation based on current product assortment and seasonality.
  • Assist with managing the on-site customer journey by understanding customer behaviors and consumer trends.
  • Work closely with Design and Marketing to determine product selection and images needed to support online merchandising (Home Page, Landing Pages, Collection Pages, Product Pages, and Special Projects).

  • Partner with E-Commerce Manager on new site user experience design and development.

The Domestic Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing representation and development of the brand, creating account plans, identifying sales opportunities, and creating Domestic sales forecasts for the company. This position is accountable for ensuring the Domestic channel’s sales goals and targets are achieved within the planned sales forecast. The Domestic Business Development Manager will directly interact with key accounts and retailers, manage the internal and external Sales and Sales Operations teams, build sales presentations, and field inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and products. This role will also drive B2B growth with all product lines and categories. The Domestic Business Development Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Business Development.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES //

SALES PLANNING & FORECASTING

  • Develop and manage the overall Domestic Sales strategy, forecast, and department budget.
  • Develop seasonal sales execution plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels for Domestic Major Accounts and assist Production team with suggested product procurement.
  • Provide feedback on competitors, general market trends, and product opportunities.
  • Track and monitor the sales forecast versus actuals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Manage internal and external sales representatives’ performance by holding them accountable to their KPI’s.
  • Lead and collaborate by managing direct reports to ensure KPI’s are met for the Domestic Sales and Sales Operations teams.
  • Manage Sales Representative agreements from negotiations to execution of contracts and determine KPI’s of success.
  • Develop and distribute sales materials for internal and external Sales Representatives and Domestic retail partners.
  • Lead & plan tradeshows in alignment of brands key markets and target markets.
  • Travel with Sales Reps and accounts to ensure the Rastaclat brand and product strategy is executed.
  • Attend account events and regional tradeshows as needed.
  • Introduce, align, and lead retail marketing co-ops with Major Domestic Accounts and external Sales Representatives.
  • Increase brand visibility and secure in-store real estate by having fixtures, POP, and merchandising POS placed throughout all independent retailers.
  • Lead the Domestic Sales team during product launches and tradeshows to ensure appropriate brand messaging for all accounts in terms of strategy, support, and execution.

SALES PROCUREMENT

  • Leverage key industry relationships to create new partnerships and alliances that contribute to long-term revenue growth.
  • Engage with buyers to promote the Rastaclat brand and sales.
  • Increase accounts and sales in Domestic territories by developing comprehensive presentations to potential buyers.
  • Onboard new accounts by coordinating the completion of dealer applications and ensuring accounts have sufficient sales tools and resources.
  • Receive and approve incoming product requests from Domestic retailers.
  • Lead product planning strategies of all Domestic Major Accounts while ensuring sales goals and brand initiatives are aligned. 

SALES REPORTING & COMMUNICATION

  • Manage the Domestic Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams.
  • Manage sales to inventory, turn and gross-margin activity, Domestic production buys, present results along with any recommendations for rebuys or depletion strategies in the weekly meetings with the Sr. Director of Global Business Development.
  • Review all sell-through reports, product margins, and product turn performance in the Domestic Sales Channel to provide weekly summaries and recommendations to the Sr. Director of Global Business Development.
  • Manage approvals of customer claims, markdowns, allowances, marketing, and RTV.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on accounts receivables, assisting with escalated collections efforts while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Work with internal and external Sales Representatives to manage and police Terms and Conditions for Domestic Accounts.
  • Manage order file to ensure orders in the system are prioritized appropriately.

SALES DEVELOPMENT

  • Prospect, establish, manage, and grow the sales team and Domestic key accounts.
  • Analyze internal resource needs within the department to prospect, hire, and develop sales staff to align with the needs of company strategies.
  • Identify training needs and lead workshops for internal sales representatives, external sales representatives, and retailer sales associates.
  • Mentor and develop the Domestic Sales and Sales Operations teams while strengthening collaborations with cross-functional teams.
