    Rastaclat is looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will work in harmony with the Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to oversee all aspects of cross departmental projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and summarizing completion of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope and budget.     RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Schedule and moderate meetings with relevant stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for cross departmental projects.
    • Develop detailed project plans, budgets and calendars to monitor and track milestones and progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on Monday Project Management Software.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, communicating revisions to all relevant parties.
    • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
    • Measure, analyze and report project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals and company KPIs.
    • Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
    • Develop presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and process documents.
    • Ensure that all company projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Develop project post-mortem recaps encompassing both quantitative and qualitative data to illustrate goals achieved, key findings, lessons learned, and process improvements to mitigate future risks.

    REQUIREMENTS //

    • Bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • At least 2-5 years of proven working experience in Project Management within the Apparel, Accessories or other related Consumer Products Industries.

    Rastaclat is seeking a seasoned and organized, Marketing Manager who will implement marketing initiatives and lead the expansion of our community relationships, while informing internal leadership and external partners of strategic business goals for our growing company. The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead a team of marketers to success. Candidates must have extensive experience in PR and marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    MANAGEMENT:

    • Provide quarterly and annual marketing plans for budget expenditures based on sales forecasts.
    • Identify, develop and implement process & strategies as required to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Track and analyze ROI based campaign impact and company sales performance and make recommendations for future investments of resources based on results.
    • Manage overall budget in respective pillars of the marketing team including but not limited to PR and partnerships.

    • Act as the point person for external third-party consultants and partners including but not limited to PR agency/agencies to ensure execution of objectives strategic alignment, objectives and metrics are met.
    • Manage all PR inquiries including contacts from tradeshows and events.
    • Oversee official public announcements and press releases.
    • Facilitate relations with print, web and multimedia channels.
    • Attend events in relative target markets.

     PARTNERSHIPS:

    • Initiate and manage ongoing conversation with ambassadors, licensor’s or non-profit’s organizations, based on overarching initiatives set by Rastaclat.
    • Evaluate and negotiate marketing opportunities and manage collaborations, special projects and contracts
    • Keep leadership team abreast of certain terms that need to be addressed before contracts are signed i.e. royalty rates, guarantees, product pricing, timelines/lead times, and projections.  
    • Work with the Director of Global Sales and Director of Global Operations to review partnership and licensing contracts and align on negotiation points i.e. royalty rates & minimum guarantees.

     

    REQUIREMENTS //

    • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and prior relative work experience in the sports, women’s, streetwear, accessories or related field preferred.
    • An established network of influencer, press, media and sales contacts within the industry.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in the sports and entertainment licensing, and non-profit partnerships a plus.
    • Excellent problem recognition and collaboration skills for resolution.

     The Copywriter will work in harmony with the creative team to concept, create and produce effective creative deliverables.  This is a role for someone with sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, super-creative mind and passion for the Rastaclat brand.  We are looking for someone who is willing to imagine new ways to articulately champion our company voice, tone and message to the world.  The Copywriter will work on everything from product descriptions to marketing campaigns to blogs to one-off special projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Develop and manage the voice and copy for Rastaclat across all brand and guest facing materials through traditional, digital and creative platforms.
    • Create and manage effective copy for emails, campaigns, taglines, product descriptions, blogs and ad-hoc projects.
    • Work with internal teams to devise creative strategies that supports the business objectives, enhances the customer experience and drives engagement.
    • Proactively seek effectiveness in advertising by understanding the needs of our customers and researching competitors’ advertisements and campaigns.

     The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to multitask, hands on, being well organized and detail oriented are essential for our fast-paced and growing environment. This role requires daily communication between cross functional departments and international partners.  Positive attitude and patience are essential.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Provide quarterly and annual retail and event marketing strategy for campaigns and budget expenditures based on sales forecasts.
    • Build & maintain relationship with retailers & distributors to collaborate on marketing co-ops to increase branding and sales.
    • Manage day to day retail and event marketing budget & calendar, project deadlines and weekly status meetings to ensure successful implementation and execution of workflow and deliverables from design team for related events, collaborative and licensing opportunities.
    • On as needed basis collaborate with sales, marketing, product and creative teams to devise innovative and experiential campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness, visibility and overall sales revenues within channels.

    Rastaclat is looking for an enthusiastic retention-minded marketer to help strengthen our relationships with our customers. The Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing our email channel, loyalty program, and retention efforts utilizing our CRM platform.  Reporting to the Global Digital Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with key cross functional teams to communicate directly with our community as well as launching various loyalty campaigns to spearhead our retention efforts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Own all aspects of the communications program, including all email and/or SMS sends, acquisition/list growth, and triggered, transactional and lifecycle programs.
    • Establish email and CRM strategy, with a strong focus on initial conversion, with a subsequent shift to retention, cross-selling, and engagement opportunities.
    • Create and execute customer segmentation and contact strategies to drive business objectives around increased customer retention, order frequency, lifetime value, profitability, etc using various communication channels such as email, SMS, social media, etc.
    • Build and maintain an eco-system of triggered customer journeys that are tailored around the individual.
    • Support the global business from a CRM perspective on the roll out of key retention activities both in the US and globally.

    The Rastaclat Senior Accountant is responsible for the maintenance of accounting records, adhering to a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

     The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in creating financial transactions and financial reports from operational information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals and accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily reconciliation of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES //

    • Oversees all full cycle accounting functions including A/P, A/R, payroll, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
    • Manages the overall month-end close process including the maintenance of the closing calendar, review of the general ledger, and the preparation and distribution of applicable financial reports.
