Domestic Shipping

According to the Postal Service Service Alerts, they have expressed experiencing minor operational impacts for domestic mail relating to COVID19. We are very fortunate to be able to continue providing shipping within the United States, but at this time we cannot guarantee shipping time and delivery delays are expected.

The Postal Service's goal continues to be to move packages as expeditiously as possible. The Postal Service continually reviews its network capacity to provide the American public reliable, efficient, and fast-delivery service.

California Wildfires

Statewide emergency has been declared by the governor due to dozens of wildfires burning across California, threatening homes and prompting evacuations. There are impacts to USPS operations at certain locations. Delivery delays are expected. USPS top priority is the safety of customers and employees.

NOTE: Tracking updates for orders shipping via USPS is not available daily. If your tracking number doesn't show movement in 4-5 business days, this does not mean your order is stuck or lost.

It is likely that your order is still in-transit but experiencing a delay in shipping. In this case, we ask that you please allow a few more days for USPS to scan in your package to show the update.

If it has exceeded 7-10 business days and your tracking has still not shown movement, please contact our support team and we'll be more than happy to investigate this for you.
