BUST A MOVE

Stand more. Yeah, it’s really that easy. Instead of sitting at your desk, try standing up and working to increase your leg strength and burn more calories.

Try cleaning up! Being active doesn’t necessarily mean just exercising. Organizing your room or cleaning the house is like a hidden way to get moving, and you’ll feel super accomplished.
