Need to return something?

If you find that you have ordered a bracelet that you were not completely satisfied with or did not fit, but meets policy, then you can proceed with your return at our Return Center.

Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from your refund amount.

  • All returns need to be made within 30 days from shipped date. No exceptions.
  • Your item(s) must be returned unworn and in original packaging, damage-free.
  • Unfortunately we cannot process returns for international orders. No exceptions.

Return Process

  1. Start by making your submission here:
  2. Once you complete submission, your request will then be processed for review by our team.
  3. Following completion of request review, you will receive further details to proceed via email.
  4. If your request has been approved for return, here are a few quick tips to streamline your return:
    • Pack the bracelet style(s) along with any original headercards/bracelet packaging.
    • Remove any previous mailing labels from the shipping box.
    • Take your package to the opted carrier location.


Note: Depending on the payment method/banking institution, it can take up to 3-5 business days to see the refunded amount reflect your statement.
